After a brief week-long hiatus I am back! Sorry to leave you all hanging! I had every intention of blogging from London, but then when I got there I just would up drinking tea and wandering all day. I am sure you all can relate to the feeling of just needing a break! Blogging is one of my favorite things to do, but I have been so busy lately it was amazing to take in a week of mindless self-indulgence. To be specific, I did a lot of shopping, saw a lot of musicals and ate a lot of pastries the whole time. I found some adorable shops, restaurants and boutiques, that I will be sure to tell you guys all about later in the week. I am thinking of doing a little “Girls’ Guide to London” type post. It goes without saying that London is a fabulous city, but nowhere beats New York in my heart, and I am happy to be back and blogging again!

I bought the fedora in the post from a milliner at a street market. I know they are so in right now, but buying it from someone who made it makes this one feel special! I love them on other bloggers, and to be honest, I am not so sure it suits me, but I don’t care! I packed really lightly on this trip, and included a lot of things that I could mix and match in my suitcase. The little shift dress and the leather jacket in this look are easy wardrobe staples, and I think I wore my Vince Camuto windettas almost every day! What are your go-to vacation looks?

Anyways, I am on a serious diet ladies! I know bikini season is coming for most of us, but I am sure I ate my weight in clotted cream in the past week, and I am starting to be able to tell a difference. I’ll try to include some of my favorite healthy eating recipes on the blog in the coming weeks!
